Message from the President

FUSO Seeks to Create a World Where Everyone Has Access to Water.

Since our founding in 1946 and under our corporate philosophy of "To Create Harmony with Water," we have made it our business to help local communities develop through stronger water and sewage systems. We have achieved this by not only producing and selling equipment for these systems, but also by providing services to design, build, maintain, operate, and manage these. 

Japan has entered an era of full-fledged population decline, and its water and sewage systems, built to accommodate the population peak, now face a range of issues. Looking ahead, these systems will require the right management in accordance with the conditions in each community so as not to compromise quality. 
Turning our attention beyond Japan's borders, there are many places around the world facing water issues, like a lack of reliable access to safe water such as that caused by water pollution, the threat of flooding without warning, and the threat of rising sea levels due to global warming. 
In our work, we will provide a solution fine-tuned to the particular needs of each community to tackle these issues, in Japan and abroad. 

Even as changes in industrial structures and social values accelerate in ways that do not conform to existing frameworks, we will listen closely to our customers and work to realize sustainable local communities through stronger water and sewage systems. We look forward to your continued fellowship and support as we continue on this journey.
