Promoting Utilization of BIM

Front-loading for Earlier Problem Solving

By utilizing BIM (Building Information Modeling), problems such as interference between construction and facilities can be identified at the designing stages. Front-loading, which brings forward the problem-solving traditionally done in the construction phase to the designing phase, will help limit construction issues and delays. Furthermore, by introducing BIM into the operation, maintenance, and management process, the condition of facilities can be monitored throughout their life cycle and maintenance can be performed at an appropriate cost.
